Sue is a mom of 3, a champion triathlete, a former D-1 collegiate athlete, a former special ed teacher, and all-around athlete extraordinaire.
David Finney
David FinneyOwner
David’s background is diverse, to say the least. He’s been a professional kayaker, 2x state champion cyclist, and mountain guide. He is a NOLS graduate.
Samantha Miller
Samantha MillerCoach and Personal Trainer
Sam is the definition of an all-around athlete. She went to the junior Olympics in swimming, played soccer and football in high school and college.
Tony Carrigan
Tony CarriganKettlebell Coach
Currently earning a M.S. in Kinesiology, Tony continues to pursue expertise in physical and psychological training methodologies at a theoretical and practical level.
Cory Rimmer
Cory RimmerCycling Coach & Seminar Instructor
Cory Rimmer grew up in the Knoxville area, where he gained his passion for riding mountain bikes. He started racing around the age of 15, and he quickly went from racing locally to a national level.
Alondra Moody
Alondra MoodyRunning Coach
Alondra came into ultra marathons later in life, but that has not stopped her from becoming one of the fastest female ultra runners in the southeast. She has competed in 24 ultra distance races.
